This depends on the previous upkeep of the unit however It is not recommended to go without an AC service for longer than 12 months and in cases such as restaurants no more than 6 months.

Removing items and furniture from below the unit and providing about 1 metre space for us to perform the service is preferred. However if the furniture is difficult to move please inform us beforehand and we can make adjustments.
